Requirements
- Vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable technical qualification
- Professional experience in IT support or service desk environment
- Ideally 5 years of experience
- Proficient knowledge of Windows Client operating systems
- Highly valued Google Workspace administration and MS Intune experience
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, WLAN, VPN)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong service orientation and patience
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Physical ability to handle hardware setups
- Structured and independent way of working
- Business fluent German
- Good command of English (B2)
Tasks
- Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries
- Ensure internal IT infrastructure runs smoothly
- Support users with hardware, software, and local infrastructure
- Receive and qualify IT incidents and service requests
- Process tickets via phone, email, or front desk
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Support laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, and Office products
- Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Manage various Identity Management systems
- Set up workstations and provide IT inductions
- Handle equipment returns and offboarding tasks
- Assist with software deployment and updates
- Manage devices and maintain accurate inventory
- Monitor systems and manage MDM and mail systems
- Provide on-site support for meeting rooms and printers
- Perform cabling and patching tasks
- Maintain the internal knowledge base
- Document technical solutions
