- •Manage hardware stock and peripheral inventory
- •Coordinate hardware for joiner and leaver processes
- •Administer mobile devices, contracts, and billing
- •Support mobile applications and device management
- •Respond to requests via phone, email, and tickets
- •Troubleshoot and provide first-line technical support
- •Collaborate with and deputize for team members
