Requirements

  • •Junior and mid-level network engineering experience
  • •Experience with network hardware (switches, routers, access points)
  • •Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN)
  • •Valid Drivers License (B1)
  • •Familiarity with firewalls (preferably PaloAlto) and network security principles
  • •Hands-on experience with physical IT infrastructure (rack mounting, cabling, hardware installation)
  • •Knowledge of monitoring tools and troubleshooting methods
  • •Service-oriented mindset, structured working style, and strong team spirit

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Design, implement, and maintain the corporate network infrastructure
  • •Ensure reliable and secure connectivity across all locations
  • •Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize network services performance
  • •Manage physical installations, including access points and switches
  • •Collaborate on planning and executing network expansion projects
  • •Document configurations, changes, and incidents in the ticketing system
  • •Travel to various sites across Germany and Europe for setup and maintenance
