- Very good command of English; German, Polish, or French a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including Jira
- Proactive, structured work approach and ownership of tasks, processes, documentation
- Willingness to grow professionally and collaborate effectively
- Willingness to travel (once per quarter); driving license a plus
- AWS or Azure Network knowledge
- Veeam knowledge
- Practical experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, EntraID, Exchange, Active Directory)
- PAM knowledge
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
Tasks
- Maintain and support network environments in data centers and offices
- Develop network environments in data centers and offices
- Implement network solutions, including VLAN, BGP, and ACLs

- Implement and maintain firewalls
- Configure ACLs and routing for firewalls
- Perform firmware upgrades for firewalls
- Manage VPN, syslog, and general firewall operations
- Support disaster recovery procedures

- Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds or similar tools
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations of internal tools
- Participate in IT projects
- Contribute to successful project implementation
- Provide second-level support by resolving tickets in Jira
