Requirements
- IT, Computer Science, or related education/training
- Experience with outsourced IT providers or managed service
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, OS, networks, business apps
- Previous experience implementing AI tools
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with general cloud-based applications
- Excellent English command (C1 level)
- Good German command (B2 level minimum)

Tasks
- Act as the primary on-site IT point of contact
- Coordinate IT topics between internal users and external providers
- Support day-to-day IT system operations
- Handle and track IT support requests
- Resolve first-level IT issues
- Escalate complex IT issues to outsourced partners
- Troubleshoot hardware, equipment, printers, and network connectivity
- Lead external IT service providers
- Set up and maintain workstations and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts and access rights
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare devices for new users
- Manage system access for new users
- Maintain IT documentation for onboarding/offboarding
- Support cybersecurity and data protection practices
- Manage access controls
- Implement endpoint protection
- Ensure secure remote access
- Handle sensitive patient data securely
- Assist with business continuity processes
- Assist with disaster recovery processes
- Maintain IT documentation
- Maintain system inventories
- Maintain user guides
- Support coordination of core healthcare applications
- Support daily use of core healthcare applications
