Tasks
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende und Standorte leisten
- Incidents und Service Requests bearbeiten (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, vor Ort)
- Hard- und Software installieren, warten und supporten
- Benutzeradministration (Active Directory, Azure AD) durchführen
- In IT-Projekten mitarbeiten
- Mit internen und externen Partnern zusammenarbeiten
- Supportfälle im Ticketsystem dokumentieren
- Knowledge-Base-Artikel pflegen
- IT-Services und Prozesse kontinuierlich verbessern
- Key User für TrakSYS, Abacus und SAP (Produktion) sein
- Produktionsmitarbeitenden IT-nahen Support leisten
- Korrekte Systemnutzung und Datenqualität sicherstellen
- Produktionsnahe Systemprobleme analysieren
- Anwender schulen
- Anforderungen aufnehmen
