Tasks
- Deliver expert support for client-based equipment
- Provide specialized technical support for IT developers and users
- Offer 1st and 2nd line engineering support for IT equipment
- Design and install IT equipment at new and existing locations
- Ensure alignment with Group standards for IT setups
- Support local IT computer room equipment
- Collaborate with RWE Service Owners and external providers
- Resolve IT incidents and requests
- Drive continuous service quality improvements
- Assess and communicate business impact of complex issues
- Develop knowledge base articles for known issues
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with international IT teams
- Manage third-party vendors in outsourced delivery model
- Ensure quality of IT services meets agreed standards
- Take ownership of service performance and address issues
- Work with global colleagues to harmonize best practices
- Contribute to a multi-skilled Field Service Specialists team
