Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
  • Experience in SAP Sales process optimization
  • Expertise in S/4HANA environment ideally
  • Experience in international agile project management
  • In-depth technical knowledge of SAP-SD
  • Understanding of SAP MM, SCM and FI
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP, Adobe Forms or Smart Forms
  • Fluent English and German or French knowledge

Tasks

  • Optimize business processes within Sales and Marketing
  • Lead cross-departmental projects on time and budget
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Support internal customers with development and support requests
  • Resolve incoming trouble tickets and technical issues
  • Evaluate and ensure high-quality technical documentation
  • Research new SAP solutions and S/4HANA trends
  • Develop suggestions for continuous system improvement
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts on SAP implementations
  • Test new SAP programs and applications
