Requirements
- Proven experience as IT Business Analyst, Management Consultant, IT Consultant, or Manufacturing IT Analyst
- Strong analytical skills for business and manufacturing process modeling
- Ability to translate processes into actionable requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures
- Experience working with IT/OT teams, development, operations, and vendors
- Experience delivering application support and enhancements
- Experience with MES platforms, industrial data systems, or integration technologies (advantageous)
- Fluency in English

Tasks
- Act as primary Business Analyst for manufacturing applications
- Collaborate with production teams and global stakeholders
- Collect and define requirements for system enhancements
- Analyze and model production processes and quality checkpoints
- Translate processes into functional and technical requirements
- Support full lifecycle of manufacturing applications
- Ensure security, compliance, and system reliability
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Perform gap analyses and create clear documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline system landscapes
- Improve data quality and reduce manual work
- Strengthen harmonization across factories
- Monitor system performance and gather user feedback
- Propose enhancements to increase value and efficiency
