  • Fundierte Kenntnisse Windows/Linux, Netzwerktechnologien (z.B. Cisco)
  • Erfahrung Anwendersupport, Analyse Hard-/Softwareprobleme
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • First- und Second-Level-Support für Hard- und Softwareanfragen leisten
  • IT-Hardware installieren, einrichten und supporten
  • Virtualisierte IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von VMware administrieren
  • Virtualisierte IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von VMware überwachen
  • Virtualisierte IT-Infrastruktur auf Basis von VMware weiterentwickeln
  • Windows- und Linux-Systeme (Client & Server) konfigurieren und warten
  • An Themen der IT-Security und Informationssicherheit mitwirken
  • Mit internen Fachbereichen und externen IT-Dienstleistern abstimmen
  • Prozesse, Netzwerke und Systemkonfigurationen dokumentieren
