Investor Relations Manager(m/w/x)
Crafting equity stories and financial narratives for a global chocolate manufacturer. 5-8 years of investor relations experience at a listed company required. Hybrid work, 4-day work week.
Requirements
- 5-8 years Investor Relations experience at listed company, or sell-side/buy-side equity research, investment banking, or capital markets role
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investor perspectives, public company disclosures, and experience with institutional investors and financial analysts
- Industry experience in consumer, food, or ingredients (plus)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Familiarity with IR and capital markets platforms (e.g. FactSet, Bloomberg, NASDAQ)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and drivers of long-term shareholder value
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to craft credible and compelling narratives and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Proven financial modelling and analytical capability, ability to interpret, challenge and explain assumptions and outcomes
- Ability to synthesize and translate complex financial, operational and strategic topics into clear and impactful investor-ready narratives
Tasks
- Lead preparation for quarterly earnings and investor communications
- Draft earnings releases, presentations, scripts, Q&A documents, and annual reports
- Shape clear, consistent, and compelling narratives on financial performance and strategy
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of messaging, enhancing equity story
- Coordinate virtual and in-person investor and analyst meetings, conferences, and roadshows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
- Lead investor targeting and engagement strategies
- Track and synthesize investor feedback, sentiment, and positioning
- Monitor sell-side analyst coverage, models, and consensus expectations
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation frameworks
- Conduct scenario analysis to support IR messaging and strategy
- Monitor market trends, industry/peer developments, and capital markets dynamics
- Prepare concise insights and briefings for senior leadership and Board of Directors
- Support development and execution of Barry Callebaut’s IR program and strategy
- Coach and develop junior team members in financial analysis and capital markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, FP&A, Accounting, Communications, and Legal
