Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance, investment management, private markets, wealth management, or related area
- Fluent English and French or Dutch (native proficiency in both preferred), strong written and verbal skills
- Strong interest in private markets and portfolio construction
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and contribute in fast-paced, high-growth environment
Tasks
- Support the Investor Relations team in managing client relationships
- Deliver a high-quality experience to HNWIs, UHNWIs, and family offices
- Assist in preparing investment memos
- Assist in preparing portfolio updates
- Assist in preparing reports
- Assist in preparing presentations
- Conduct market research
- Conduct investment research
- Support portfolio insights
- Support client communications
- Track investor outreach
- Track follow-ups
- Track pipeline management for fundraising
- Collaborate with Product teams
- Collaborate with Marketing teams
- Collaborate with Account Management teams
- Improve investor experience
- Improve internal processes
- Identify opportunities to learn
- Contribute to revenue growth
- Support upsell initiatives
- Support cross-sell initiatives
- Coordinate new business development
- Coordinate client outreach initiatives for France & Benelux
