Requirements

  • KV degree or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry, preferably within asset management
  • Positive, client-centric mindset with strong service orientation
  • Working knowledge of AML/Compliance regulations
  • Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • High level of trust, discretion, and professionalism
  • Keen eye for detail-oriented administrative tasks
  • Efficiency, accuracy, organization, and flexibility
  • Strong ability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Database management experience (bonus)

Tasks

  • Own the full investor onboarding journey
  • Serve as a key contact for investors
  • Serve as a key contact for administrators
  • Guide investors through onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with global policies
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Maintain investor data accurately
  • Update investor data accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams on FATCA/CRS
  • Collaborate with internal teams on KYC/AML
  • Resolve onboarding queries
  • Contribute to process improvement projects
  • Contribute to digitalization projects
  • Contribute to system enhancement projects
  • Foster communication among stakeholders
  • Deliver an exceptional investor experience

Work Experience

  • 3 years

Education

  • Vocational certification

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Fluent
