  • •Good to very good Excel skills and reporting experience
  • •Proactive work style, ownership, and clear communication
  • •High organization and effective task prioritization
  • •Fluency in German and English

  • •Support daily recruiting and employer branding operations
  • •Create and publish engaging job postings
  • •Manage the career inbox and candidate communication
  • •Organize monthly onboarding events for new hires
  • •Analyze data and generate operational reports
  • •Contribute to talent programs and process improvements
  • •Coordinate and support university marketing activities
  • •Optimize offboarding for interns and working students
  • •Propose ideas to enhance the candidate journey
