Requirements

  • Current enrollment in degree program (industrial) engineering, IT, business administration, or comparable field, ideally production or quality management focus
  • Experience organizing events and/or trainings for small groups
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
  • Proactive engagement and idea contribution in responsibilities
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken)
  • German skills desirable
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, enjoyment of collaborative work
  • Unconventional, creative mindset and flexible approach
  • Creativity and artistic streak for designing flipcharts with sketchnotes and icons
  • Clear handwriting for flipchart design
  • Experience in day-to-day use of AI tools for text generation and VBA script creation for Excel automation
  • Independent and responsible working style

Tasks

  • Support planning, setup, and conduct of training sessions
  • Prepare concepts, designs, and materials
  • Organize and execute training sessions
  • Assist in managing and processing problem-solving cases
  • Set up and maintain Office365 community environments
  • Participate in developing and implementing quality strategies
  • Prepare and compile decision-making documents
  • Support creation and design of presentations

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
