- Review ServiceNOW tickets to understand business impact of alarms
- Compare optimization performance using classical and AI-driven methods
- Create automated monthly reports to monitor system performance
- Develop automated optimization proposals for alarm limits and delay times
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
