Requirements

  • •Degree in life science field, ideally quantitative/computational
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • •C1 level proficiency in German or French
  • •Scientific rigor and precision in language
  • •Adaptability to ambiguous environments
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Good understanding of programming fundamentals
  • •Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences industry
  • •Previous experience in consulting or life science industry
  • •Strong digital literacy and attention to detail
  • •Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • •Programming skills in Python and/or R
  • •Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • •High reliability and team spirit
  • •Strong interpersonal skills
  • •Willingness to go the extra mile

Tasks

  • •Assist in developing data management and governance frameworks
  • •Create storylines to communicate complex data analysis clearly
  • •Collaborate on compelling data visualizations and engaging presentations
  • •Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality with data scientists and analysts
  • •Support data analysis, processing, and cleaning tasks as needed
  • •Evaluate and improve presentation effectiveness based on client feedback
  • •Facilitate workshops and lead discussions with stakeholders
  • •Engage in business development activities within the team
