Requirements

  • Higher education in business administration, data sciences, economics, or similar
  • High interest in asset management
  • Strong affinity for data management and IT
  • Excellent MS-Excel skills
  • SQL skills as a plus
  • Very good German language skills
  • Very good English language skills
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Service-oriented
  • Proactive and assertive team player

Tasks

  • Provide post-trade support and shadow accounting
  • Troubleshoot and reconcile fund issues
  • Review pricing and valuation for funds
  • Liaise with service providers for valuation reviews
  • Produce daily, monthly, and quarterly client reports
  • Participate in automating processes and systems
  • Own and manage smaller business, IT, and data projects

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent

  • MS-Excel
