Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Law, Business Law, or related degree
  • Interest in complex regulatory frameworks and data structures
  • Ability to translate legal requirements into guidelines
  • Beneficial basic understanding of the aviation industry
  • Negotiation level in English and German
  • Submission of cover letter, CV, and transcripts
  • Awareness of compliance risks and integrity

Tasks

  • Analyze export control regulations and their practical application
  • Utilize Titus, ACE, and other internal business tools
  • Map existing codes in DEXTER and TREX
  • Identify new requirements specific to the helicopter business
  • Streamline the database by removing obsolete entries
  • Link codes for tangibles and intangibles
  • Develop clear user guidelines for classification within apps
  • Track regulatory updates from BAFA and other German authorities
  • Analyze business impacts of complex legal concepts
  • Evaluate 'contamination' rules for goods and technology
  • Assist Technical Raters with legal justifications for classifications
  • Support regulatory arguments for formal correspondence with suppliers

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
