Requirements
- Advanced bachelor or master studies in business, communications, marketing, HR, psychology, or similar
- Practical experience in HR and/or communication (internships, student jobs)
- Experience or strong interest in HR systems (LMS, LXP, AI HR tools)
- Clear and effective written and spoken English communication
- Advanced Excel or Power BI skills (plus)
- Excellent communication skills and PowerPoint proficiency for presentations
- Strategic and analytical mindset, desire to learn, adaptability
- Autonomous work, ownership, and initiative in problem-solving
Tasks
- Participate in global HR initiatives
- Focus on talent and performance management
- Manage skill development programs
- Create communication materials
- Develop change and activation activities
