Requirements

  • Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business Informatics, STEM, or related business field
  • Hybrid profile combining analytical and business thinking
  • Curiosity about user behavior and digital products
  • Interest in understanding product success/failure
  • Previous internship experience in corporate or consulting environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts
  • Comfortable working in evolving environment with ambiguity
  • Motivated to actively shape processes
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Ability to break down complex topics
  • Ability to synthesize insights
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence to engage with stakeholders
  • Availability for full-term internship in Düsseldorf
  • Ideally starting July 2026 for up to six months

Tasks

  • Contribute to foundational product development
  • Leverage curiosity and fresh perspective to observe and document processes
  • Support development of software User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
  • Align UAT processes with real business scenarios
  • Build and maintain knowledge infrastructure for product discovery
  • Synthesize interview insights and document enhancement requests
  • Map opportunities to ensure accessible insights
  • Grow into a product practitioner under experienced guidance
  • Take ownership of user interviews with stakeholders
  • Work at the intersection of product management, business operations, and data
  • Gain insights into strategic decision-making in a multinational organization

Education

  • Currently in higher education
