- •Execute and optimize the DNA production pipeline
- •Synthesize and assemble DNA using automated synthesizers

- •Conduct quality control via capillary electrophoresis and sequencing
- •Prepare reagents and formulate laboratory buffers
- •Manage sample tracking and inventory systems
- •Develop and optimize SOPs for synthesis and QC
- •Document experimental parameters to ensure data integrity
