Requirements

  • •Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in QSE, Risk Management, or HSE
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • •Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • •Interest in operational risk management and process improvement
  • •Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of risk assessment tools is a plus
  • •Fluency in English, French, and other languages is a plus

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Support identifying critical activities
  • •Assess major risks impacting maintenance operations
  • •Suggest backup and recovery solutions for incidents
  • •Assist in writing and organizing the Business Continuity Plan
  • •Include procedures, emergency contacts, and quick action sheets in the BCP
  • •Help prepare and run a simulation exercise to test team response
  • •Coordinate with external consulting firm and internal teams for alignment
