- •Experience with Tableau Software is a plus
- •Proactivity and ability to work independently

- •Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in English; German, French, and other languages meritorious

- •Prepare analysis and meeting materials for the CFO
- •Perform financial analysis to identify trends in the Balance Sheet and P&L
- •Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
- •Create dashboards and simplify reporting processes
- •Contribute to various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks
- •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business deliverables
- •Manage recurring compliance tasks, including maintaining intranet pages
- •Coordinate budget forecast updates and document policies
- •Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and town halls
- •Handle administrative tasks independently
