Tasks
- Act as primary point of contact for international key accounts
- Ensure high service performance by coordinating dealers and teams
- Analyze fleet data to identify optimization opportunities
- Improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through data analysis
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance reporting
- Support implementation of service programs and aftermarket initiatives
- Travel extensively to engage with customers and support on-site activities
- Promote collaborative team environment by sharing information
- Coordinate with Crown branches, service network, and Dealer Operations
- Ensure alignment and cooperation to acquire new and maintain existing customers
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
Languages
- English – Fluent
- German – is a plus
- French – is a plus
- Spanish – is a plus
