Requirements
- Master's degree in finance/accounting or chemistry
- 3+ years internal audit experience
- Hands-on experience in operations or project delivery
- Project management experience
- Solid understanding of project lifecycles, governance, and execution risks
- Executing assignments in compliance with international auditing standards
- Understanding of standard business processes (S2P, OTC, R2R)
- Solid know-how of SAP
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Passion for leveraging AI and digital tools
- Knowledge of ETL concepts
- Familiarity with SQL
- Familiarity with Python programming
- Familiarity with Power BI dashboards
- Good analytical skills

Tasks
- Support or lead internal audit assignments
- Plan, execute, and report on assigned audits
- Manage complex reviews and special projects
- Collaborate and lead audit teams effectively
- Coach and develop team members and external specialists
- Present audit results to stakeholders
- Produce clear, concise audit reports
- Enhance audit effectiveness through data analytics
- Partner with internal experts on SAP configuration reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes
- Promote best practices across the organization
- Drive standardization of processes and controls
- Monitor and report on issue remediation
- Follow up on audit recommendations
- Support transparent reporting to senior management
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
- Enhance the efficiency and value of the Internal Audit function
