Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in chemistry, physics, process engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable field
  • •Initial experience in chemical-technical or physical-technical field or similar
  • •Confidence in using ANSYS Fluent and MS-Office
  • •Strong analytical and research skills
  • •Very good command of English; German is an advantage
  • •Initiative, commitment, and organizational skills
  • •Knowledge or interest in the Automotive Industry

Tasks

  • •Perform structural and dynamic simulations using LS-DYNA
  • •Conduct electro-thermal modeling in ANSYS Workbench and APDL
  • •Develop and optimize thermal management systems for Li-ion batteries
  • •Utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with ANSYS Fluent
  • •Analyze flow and heat transfer in battery manufacturing processes
  • •Apply multi-physics simulation techniques to assess grid corrosion
  • •Evaluate thermal behavior and structural integrity in battery systems
