Creating technical templates, process maps, and work instructions for aircraft engine MRO at engine MRO provider with 90+ years experience. Bachelor or Master's in engineering or aviation required. On-site supervision of external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's in engineering, aviation or equivalent
- Working experience in aerospace or equivalent industrial environment
- Desired MRO and/or engine know-how
- Design and drawing with CAD, desirable Fusion 360 experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
- Open-mindedness and dedicated teamwork
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and SAP
- Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) skills
- Bachelor or Master's in engineering, aviation or equivalent
Tasks
- Administer and supervise external partners on site
- Create and maintain calibration instructions
- Create and maintain process maps
- Create and maintain technical templates (Process Parameter Sheets, Machine Setup, etc.)
- Create and maintain work instructions
- Create and maintain TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) dossiers
- Create and maintain TTE (Tool and Test Equipment equivalency documentation according to Arinc 668 standard)
- Create and maintain GEM (Ground Equipment Manuals)
- Create and maintain the SAP equipment database (ZITOOL)
- Implement LEAN principles
- Apply 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis
- Execute simple mechanical and manufacturing tasks
- Design and modify non-COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) equipment
- Promote research and development for supported processes
- Reduce costs for supported processes through automation and efficiency improvements
