- Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, media, social sciences, psychology, human resources, or related field
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage schedules and details
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented, friendly, confident written/verbal German and English
- High reliability, conscientious and discreet handling of sensitive data
- Hands-on mindset with proactive approach
- Interest in employer branding, motivation to support projects
- Strong sense for language, storytelling, audience-oriented communication
- High affinity for marketing and current trends on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
Tasks
- Coordinate interviews via video calls, phone, and on-site meetings
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidate scheduling
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the start
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to improving scheduling workflows
- Create creative employer branding content
- Develop new social media formats
- Bring in ideas based on current employer branding trends
- Contribute to new and ongoing projects
- Coordinate digital and in-house career events
- Plan and execute career fairs
- Follow up on career events
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- German – Business Fluent
