- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or similar
- High organization and task management skills
- Strong communication and proactive mindset
- Fluent English
- Ability to learn quickly
Tasks
- Support end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Participate in event planning and execution
- Create and track employer branding content
- Organize learning and development programs
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Plan and execute internal events
- Support people development projects
- Conduct engagement surveys and performance cycles
- Facilitate community initiatives
- Create internal communications and presentations
- Prepare articles and visual content
- Adapt responsibilities based on company growth and interests
Education
- Currently in higher educationOR
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- English – Fluent
- German – Basic
