Requirements
- B.S. or M.Sc. in computational biology, bioinformatics, biotechnology, or related degree
- Degree completed within 12 months of start date
- Strong experience in single-cell and spatial multiomic data generation/analysis
- Prior training/experience in machine learning (Preferred)
- Drive to understand organoids and complex models of human biology/disease
- Desire to work in a collaborative research environment
- Compulsory internship confirmation for non-EU/EFTA citizens
- Enrollment at university for internship duration (non-EU/EFTA)
Tasks
- Develop integrated computational analyses of single-cell sequencing and imaging data
- Contribute to exploratory and translational research using complex human model systems
- Work on diverse tissues and topics, including development and disorders of the central nervous system
- Apply skills to cell programming and perturbation screens
- Join a highly collaborative research environment
- Expand computational expertise
