Requirements

  • •Eligibility for internship agreement
  • •Student in engineering school, business school, or university with specialization in project management, data, or information systems
  • •Initial experience in project management (internship, academic project, or work-study)
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Teams)
  • •Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Project
  • •Ability to formalize processes and familiarity with Lean Management principles
  • •Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
  • •Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
  • •Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Support the implementation of reporting tools for projects
  • •Analyze business needs and requirements
  • •Participate in workshops with stakeholders on reporting solutions
  • •Assess existing dashboards and recommend improvements
  • •Optimize and streamline the Power BI dashboard for Capital Investments
  • •Implement changes in Power BI and update reporting tools
  • •Build Power BI dashboards for program reporting
  • •Assist the PMO team with recurring reporting activities
