  • Full-time student at a state-recognized university for entire internship
  • Completed at least three semesters
  • Studies focus on business or related field with marketing emphasis
  • Initial hands-on experience in marketing internships
  • Exposure to events

  • Ability to tackle new challenges independently
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Efficient task handling
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Genuine interest in capital markets
  • Genuine interest in derivatives
  • Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
  • Fluent German communication (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Help bring global campaigns to life through targeted events and conferences
  • Craft and deliver global marketing strategies for leading brands
  • Collaborate on high-profile events and conferences
  • Plan and organize key event details
  • Book and plan conferences
  • Ensure everything is ready onsite for events
  • Coordinate booth design with organizers
  • Support execution of large-scale events with up to 1,500 participants
  • Assist in planning conferences, webcasts, and targeted events
  • Manage administrative tasks related to event planning and marketing
  • Maintain timelines and checklists for events and marketing projects
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, materials, and communication
  • Update marketing content across channels (website, email, social media)
  • Support in-house events from 100 to 1,500 participants

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – Fluent
