Requirements
- Enrollment in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, or gap year
- Previous People & Culture and talent acquisition experience
- Enthusiasm for identifying and attracting top talents
- Keen eye for recognizing potential organizational fit
- Fluent English
- Conversational German
- Quick learner, open to feedback and self-reflection
- Ability to connect and communicate across cultures
- Fostering inclusive and collaborative environment
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proactive approach to taking responsibility
- Driving initiatives forward
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and principles
- Basic knowledge of practical AI use
- Enrollment in university or gap year for internship
- Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
- Valid work and residence permit for non-EU citizens
Tasks
- Lead student recruiting initiatives
- Contribute to impactful projects
- Foster personal and professional growth
- Serve as first point of contact for potential students
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Working Students and Interns
- Support hiring managers in candidate selection
- Collaborate with departments to conduct interviews
- Maintain clear communication with prospective candidates
- Seek innovative ways to enhance candidate communication
- Streamline the hiring process
- Participate in People & Culture projects
- Contribute to Neuro@Work initiative
- Support the Trainee Program
- Facilitate Pupil Internship
- Build connections with local universities
- Implement AI solutions for recruitment
- Optimize daily recruitment activities
- Improve candidate experience through technology
