Tasks
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Translate requirements into clear data solutions
- Prepare regular HR data outputs (headcount, hiring, turnover, compensation, gender pay gap)
- Write SQL queries to clean, validate, and transform employee data
- Support development and maintenance of HR data pipelines and models in Snowflake
- Conduct data quality checks and fix data issues across systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Peakon)
- Document data transformations, definitions, reporting processes, and dashboards
- Create dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI
- Manage data access and security sharing
