Requirements
- Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Desirable experience in finance, auditing, or financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly desirable experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Tasks
- Update and maintain monthly FP&A report packs
- Prepare forecast, budget, and 3-year plan reports
- Manage reporting for IATA Settlement Services and P&S
- Handle divisional reporting packs
- Validate and transform datasets to ensure integrity
- Ensure accuracy and completeness across reporting outputs
- Develop and improve FP&A reports and dashboards
- Enhance reporting usability and analytical value
- Optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Reduce manual work and increase data reliability
- Develop standardized Excel templates for financial submissions
- Maintain templates for recurring reporting cycles
- Ensure templates align with FP&A reporting standards
- Contribute to projects and process-improvement initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses
- Support FP&A business partners with analysis
- Assist the FP&A team with emerging priorities
