Tasks
- Manage content on iata.org event websites.
- Keep FAQs and sponsor information up to date.
- Upload final slide decks to event pages.
- Update internal marketing materials.
- Ensure sponsor logos and details are accurate.
- Prepare marketing materials for cross-channel use.
- Review and validate event registrations.
- Check delegate categories and admission items.
- Identify incomplete registrations.
- Contact delegates for clarification.
- Process SPEX and event contracts in LCP/SAP.
- Prepare post-event reports.
- Compile data and insights for event evaluation.
- Contribute insights for event improvement.
- Provide remote support for ongoing events.
- Assist the team with operational needs.
- Prepare transition slides for events.
- Upload and organize event photos on IATA Flickr.
