Tasks

  • Manage content on iata.org event websites.
  • Keep FAQs and sponsor information up to date.
  • Upload final slide decks to event pages.
  • Update internal marketing materials.
  • Ensure sponsor logos and details are accurate.
  • Prepare marketing materials for cross-channel use.
  • Review and validate event registrations.
  • Check delegate categories and admission items.
  • Identify incomplete registrations.
  • Contact delegates for clarification.
  • Process SPEX and event contracts in LCP/SAP.
  • Prepare post-event reports.
  • Compile data and insights for event evaluation.
  • Contribute insights for event improvement.
  • Provide remote support for ongoing events.
  • Assist the team with operational needs.
  • Prepare transition slides for events.
  • Upload and organize event photos on IATA Flickr.
