- •Matura or Bachelor's degree (BSc) in technical or biomedical fields
- •Ability to contribute to team collaboration and mutual respect
- •Expert English language skills (B2/C1 or better)
- •Basic understanding of customer workflows in diagnostic instruments
- •Basic skills with testing tools e.g. Retina
- •Initial experience with hardware or software testing on instrument level

- •Execute and document hardware-related test cases and experiments
- •Report defects identified during testing
- •Create, maintain, and review hardware test cases across all lifecycle phases
- •Consider customer workflows in test case development
- •Maintain laboratory equipment
- •Ensure compliance with relevant processes, guidelines, and working instructions
