Requirements

  • Excellent academic achievements in advanced Business Studies or related courses
  • Proven interest in corporate finance or investment banking
  • Affinity to the FI sector
  • Completed internship at prestigious national/international business
  • Highly developed analytical and quantitative skills
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of fundamental and market-orientated valuation methods (DCF, DDM, multiples)
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant IT systems
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Fluency in English (speech and writing)
  • German and/or Italian language skills (a plus)

Tasks

  • Prepare and support pitch presentations
  • Support preparing strategic discussions with clients
  • Research and evaluate potential targets and investors
  • Research and evaluate sector-specific regulation
  • Conduct company valuations
  • Support with financial models
  • Analyze market dynamics of various sub-sectors
  • Develop buy- and sell-side structures
  • Assist with preparing and executing M&A mandates
  • Prepare process documents for M&A mandates
  • Assist with due diligence proceedings

Education

  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
  • Italian – Basic
