Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- •15+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or debt capital markets
- •Strong expertise in capital markets, FX, interest rate risk, and liquidity management
- •Experience with loan syndication, debt issuance, and treasury governance
- •Experience in high-leverage, PE-backed, or carve-out environments strongly preferred
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver concise, high-impact messages
- •Strong analytical skills and hands-on leadership
- •Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders internally and externally
- •ACT or CFA certification is a plus
- •Fluent in English; German preferred

- •Serve as Interim Group Treasurer for CHI
- •Lead CHI’s financing strategy, including debt and bank loan management
- •Design CHI’s capital structure and negotiate financing arrangements
- •Oversee cash management and liquidity planning
- •Establish treasury processes and governance for Day 1 readiness
- •Act as the primary interface with banks and debt investors
- •Manage FX risk and protect CHI against market volatility
- •Oversee banking infrastructure and treasury systems
- •Prepare funding proposals for the CHI CFO and Board
- •Build relationships with senior leaders across various departments
- •Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals
