- Lead CHI’s financing strategy, including debt and bank loan management
- Design CHI’s capital structure and negotiate financing arrangements
- Oversee cash management and liquidity planning
- Establish treasury processes and governance for Day 1 readiness
- Act as the primary interface with banks and debt investors
- Manage FX risk and protect CHI against market volatility
- Oversee banking infrastructure and treasury systems
- Prepare funding proposals for the CHI CFO and Board
- Build relationships with senior leaders across various departments
- Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals
