Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Projekt-/Interim-Erfahrung im Group Accounting/Konzernrechnungswesen
  • Sehr gute IFRS- und Konzernkonsolidierungskenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Lucanet-Kenntnisse (Customizing, Konsolidierung, Reporting)
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Prozessverbesserung, Harmonisierung und Roll-out-Projekten
  • PMO-nahe Arbeitsweise (strukturierend, umsetzungsstark, ergebnisorientiert)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kombination aus Group Accounting und Group Reporting/Performance-Steuerung

Tasks

  • PMO-nahe Projekte im Accounting und Reporting umsetzen
  • Einzel- und Konzernabschluss- sowie Reporting-Prozesse harmonisieren und standardisieren
  • Konzernabschluss in Lucanet weiterentwickeln und stabilisieren
  • Skalierbare, transparente Group-Reporting-Strukturen im PE-Umfeld aufbauen
  • Monatliches Konzernreporting nach IFRS durchführen und weiterentwickeln
  • Harmonisierte Accounting- und Reporting-Prozesse analysieren, designen und umsetzen
  • Finance-Workstreams (z.B. Templates, Richtlinien, Timings, Abhängigkeiten) PMO-nah steuern
  • Operative und konzeptionelle Arbeit in Lucanet (Strukturen, Mappings, Konsolidierungs- & Reporting-Logiken) leisten
  • Intercompany-, HB-II- und Konsolidierungsprozesse harmonisieren
  • Bei ausgewählten IFRS-Themen (insb. IFRS 15 / IFRS 16) unterstützen
  • Standards, Prozesse und Best Practices aufbauen, dokumentieren und übergeben
  • Schnittstelle zu Group Controlling, BI/IT und PMO sein
