- Monitor insurer and broker performance
- Manage major losses and claims recovery
- Advise regional teams on group program specifics
- Analyze exposures and performance data
- Provide guidance on customer contract indemnification
- Support managers with contractual insurance questions
- Conduct insurance due diligence for acquisitions
- Support corporate divestment processes
- Coordinate W&I and R&W insurance placements
- Build relationships with internal and external partners
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives
