You will drive the institutional adoption of Solana by bridging deep technical leadership with strategic business development to influence CTOs at the world's leading financial firms.

Requirements

• •6+ years software engineering experience
• •Track record of technical roadmaps
• •Expertise in institutional financial infrastructure
• •Experience with C-level enterprise sales
• •Understanding of institutional business models
• •Understanding of regulated security frameworks
• •Experience with Rust, Go, or Java
• •Excellent communication and influence skills
• •Experience shipping institutional-grade production systems
• •Senior technical experience at tier-1 institutions
• •Relationships with financial institution decision-makers
• •Experience with Solana or high-performance blockchains
• •Background in traditional finance infrastructure
• •Understanding of global digital asset regulations
• •Knowledge of institutional blockchain solutions
• •Track record of closing tier-1 deals

Tasks

• •Serve as the technical authority for institutional-grade infrastructure
• •Engage with CTOs and engineering leadership at tier-1 institutions
• •Establish credibility and trust during complex sales cycles
• •Identify and drive adoption of institutional ecosystem standards
• •Develop standards for tokenization and institutional trading
• •Create frameworks for compliance tooling and custody architectures
• •Cultivate technical relationships with custodians and asset managers
• •Navigate complex organizational structures to build champion networks
• •Design reference architectures and institutional-grade documentation
• •Develop ROI models tailored to institutional decision-makers
• •Partner with business development on long-term procurement cycles
