Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences or Health Sciences
  • •At least 7 years of professional experience
  • •3–5 years in Market Research within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
  • •Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative market research tools
  • •Expertise in data collection and analysis
  • •Expertise in forecasting methodologies
  • •Additional experience in Business Analysis or related areas within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • •Excellent strategic thinking skills
  • •Ability to identify business issues and frame questions
  • •Ability to contextualize answers and quantify market events
  • •Proven project and budget management skills
  • •Strong prioritization and stakeholder management abilities
  • •Outstanding communication skills
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus

  • •Select appropriate PMR tools and data sources
  • •Develop PMR plans aligned with brand strategies
  • •Oversee PMR projects and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • •Manage project planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination
  • •Deliver actionable insights through reporting
  • •Evaluate and analyze patient-based and trend-based forecasts
  • •Provide ad-hoc analyses and customized forecast models
  • •Offer guidance on best practices in PMR and forecasting
  • •Promote knowledge sharing and capability development
