Responding to technical requests and diagnosing hardware/software issues for a global sustainable company. Client OS, Active Directory, and MDM knowledge required. International environment, health programs, and promoted workshops.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Clients OS (Windows and MAC)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows Server Services
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and Intune
- Good knowledge of common Application Package (Office, Adobe, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Mobile devices and MDM
- Knowledge of common IT user and user environment best practices
- Passion for user support, customer service and problem solving
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams
- Working in a critical/stressful environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English
Tasks
- Respond to technical assistance requests
- Monitor and respond to IT help desk tickets
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Research questions using available resources
- Advise users on appropriate actions
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures
- Log all helpdesk interactions
- Administer helpdesk software
- Redirect problems to appropriate resources
- Support desktops, laptops, servers, phones, printers, and system security
- Provide ongoing system training for employees
- Recommend system and software tools
- Identify and escalate urgent situations
- Track and route problems and requests
- Document resolutions
- Prepare activity reports
- Perform daily infrastructure support tasks
- Stay current with system changes and updates
