- Experience with post-incident follow-through
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to explain complex security/operational topics
- Comfortable using modern AI tooling
- Ability to reason about AI appropriateness in security/operations
Tasks
- Design and implement security controls and automation
- Own and manage IdP and access automation stack
- Design security monitoring, alerting, and SIEM integrations
- Partner with IT Ops, Information Security, and Infrastructure Engineering
- Champion AI tooling for security operations
- Define and improve security control metrics and dashboards
- Design and maintain SIEM alerting rules and dashboards
- Tune alerts to reduce noise and improve fidelity
- Architect multilayer endpoint defense systems
- Build and maintain identity platform automation
- Implement guardrails and policy-as-code for identity
- Use IaC and configuration management for security
- Ensure robust logging and metrics for security systems
- Integrate security events with ITSM and incident management
- Participate in on-call rotation for security services
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement changes
- Use AI for alert triage and security operations
- Identify and implement AI in security workflows
