In this role, you will be integral to the global Information Security team, focusing on managing risk processes and enhancing security maturity. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing external providers, conducting risk assessments, and delivering training sessions.

Requirements

• •Deep expertise in Information Security Management
• •Hands-on experience in developing solutions
• •Experience in identifying security risks and threat modelling
• •Proven track record in working with global teams
• •Experience interacting with senior partners
• •Specific industry qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
• •3-7 years of professional experience in information security/cybersecurity
• •Experience balancing multiple concurrent projects
• •Ability to use Microsoft Copilot
• •Proficiency in English and German

Tasks

• •Maintain and manage the 1st LoD Information Security Risk Management Process
• •Drive improvements and enhance maturity measures
• •Oversee external providers to ensure adherence to SLAs
• •Handle escalations as necessary
• •Quality check the risk repository in alignment with stakeholders
• •Create periodic reports on Security Risks for the Head of Information Security and governance forums
• •Conduct additional risk assessments for special scenarios on demand
• •Facilitate training and information sessions on Information Security Risk Management
