- High proficiency in M365 suite
- Experience designing and delivering training
- Financial services and regulated environment experience
- CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications
- Understanding of NIST or ISO27001 frameworks
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
Tasks
- Liaise between business, technology, and security functions
- Produce board-level cybersecurity and risk posture reports
- Coordinate responses to complex regulatory requirements
- Support executive committees and governance oversight
- Execute risk assessments to prioritize cyber threats
- Guide the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
- Develop security policies aligned to risk frameworks
- Monitor security controls across IT systems
- Deliver training to enhance employee security awareness
- Manage complex cybersecurity incidents with IT teams
- Identify emerging security trends and new technologies
- Advise leaders on policy and operational effectiveness
- Lead teams and coach employees toward objectives
- Analyze complex data to solve security problems
- Influence stakeholders to achieve security outcomes
- Strengthen controls and manage functional risk
