Tasks

- Scale influencer marketing in Tier 1 markets.
- Manage a monthly budget exceeding $500K.
- Analyze campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Assess overall business impact.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify agency partnerships.
- Manage agency partnerships.
- Source new creators.
- Negotiate contracts for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the product team (Leon and Martin).
- Align on strategic guidance and business objectives.
- Research and test innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Build a scalable, highly efficient creator network.
